Julia is busy making Christmas cards for the family, here is just one of the many cards she will be whipping up.
We had a hard time picking just one from shutterfly.com...so cute!

This is a little bit of a new format, let me know if it’s a pain.
Julia won this awesome apron from the Diaper Wrangler and she got to try it out late last week. She really likes to use her fork at dinner so I gave her a fork and threw the muffin mix in the bowl.
We also made a fun Thanksgiving window decoration. We put paint on her hands and made handprints on the window. I added a few touches and TA DA, 3 turkeys on a hill.
Julia used to shower with me when she was very little. She hated being all cold in her little tub alone so Chris and I started holding her in the shower, and she got all toasty.
I usually try to shower really quickly while she is napping but, on this particular day, she woke up before I had a chance. So, she came into the bathroom with me, I had hoped she would just play with her bathroom supplies ( the kid loves to carry around her comb and shampoo) well that day, she decided she was going to stand at the shower curtain and cry. I soon realized she wanted in, guess she felt a morning shower would fit into her schedule better than an evening bath.
So, I stripped her down and she played in the shower. After the shower ended I realized I had no supplies for her ( ie new, clean diaper) so she had “nakie time”
She ran around screaming and surprisingly didn’t pee on the floor. We did, recently, have a “nakie time” incident where she peed and slipped in it. Poor kiddo, not dignified at all.
Here ya go, leaf covered butt and all!
FYI: I do have this blog blocked from general access meaning that you can’t search and find it at all. But, I still don’t want to risk any weirdos getting ahold of baby butt photos
Ask anyone who knows me, and they will tell you I love photos! I will often have my camera out ready to snap the next great photo. I am always looking for a great way to showcase those photos and this Christmas, I am very excited to use Shutterfly’s Christmas cards to do just that! They have some beautiful, vibrant cards and I am finding it difficult to pick just one. This is one of my favorites:
I love the graphic splashes of color! It give me many option for photos to pick so I can choose 4 of my favorites! AND If that isn’t cool enough, 10% of this card purchase will go to the American Lung Association. Stunning and it helps a wonderful cause.
Another awesome cards with a fresh new idea is this card:
You can make your own Top 10 list for the year. How amazingly clever! I do believe babies first tooth would make that list.
I could go on for hours listing all the ones I love but, I will just leave you with one last example of my favorites. I like the saying on the front, all sorts of warm fuzzies
They also have some very cute Thanksgiving cards for those of you who want to beat the Holiday rush.
I have used Shutterfly to make some awesome photo books in the past and save a great deal of time ordering prints and having them shipped right to my house. Another favorite, at our house, is their calendars. We have a calendar up on our message board in our kitchen, and I love looking over the photos from the previous years, it brings back some wonderful memories. The great thing about the calendars is that once the year is over, you can simple trim off the calendar part and frame the photos.
Head on over to Shutterfly and pick out your favorite, I know I am heading back to browse through the over 700 great options.
