Taking Candy from A Daddy
Julia and I went to Walgreens today, I told her she could pick out a sucker for Daddy * He hearts them*.
She gave it to him when we got home and he kindly shared it with her--big mistake. She screamed every time he tried to eat some of it.

5x7 Folded Card-Father's Day cards

Walk-along
Of course we grabbed it for her ($4).The puppy even HAD to join us for dinner.
Omaha Trip
We spent close to a week enjoying Omaha. One of our many outings involved going to the Omaha Children’s Museum. Julia had not napped well that day so she refused to let me put her down for a while but slowly warmed up. Prepare yourself for lots of photos.
The photos loaded backwards so here we are at the end. They called all the kids to the playhouse for a fit time activity. They played music and we dances around. I was worn out!
Julia dancing with Gram
Up in the loft in the play house. She would rest her head on the pillows and snore
They had a huge play grocery store. This was the register they had a belt and it beeped. I checked Julia out, she DIDN’T have any coupons!
Lots of shopping
She insisted upon mowing the store
Chillin’ in the firetruck
Water table. I think she had more fun playing with the hand drier.
This one is for Auntie Jaci. Coco or Taco?

Tasty!
Jules loves to chat and “Tasty” has become her favorite word. She even had me convinced that her bubbles tasted good.
She is also acting like a 3 year old! Today she hopped up in my chair so I let her sit there and eat part of her lunch. Tasty!
TASTY! Enjoying a home-made apple and blueberry popsicle.
The fun we have
I wanted to share a few of the photos with you.
The first is from a woman who hand makes these
beautiful animals. I believe she knits ( can’t say for sure). I bid on this on an auction she hosted so I got a great deal. The downside it that it took almost 2 months to get, I planned on putting it in Julia’s Easter basket but Ms Kitty arrive just today. She helped Julia do the dishes after out morning making granola bars.
The next is from a great store Lu and Ed. I really want to get Julia one of their Mon-Stors ( super cute). The owner of the shop was having a give-away and I won this for Jules. I wanted to make sure to thank her so I sent her this email. Side note: He arrived packed in a microwave popcorn box, hence the Orville reference.
"Mester Trouble arrived today! He was a little stressed from his trip, he kept saying, "Orville was in his personal space" Not sure what that was all about. We brought him outside to show him his new neighborhood and made sure to point out any kids that might treat him like a football. We encouraged him to get an adult if that happens. He still seemed bummed, maybe we should have held off on warning him about the football thing, we have never had a monster live with us, beginners mistake! My daughter offered to give him some hugs, that got him a little better. Once that didn't work she tried her next plan of attack, tickle his booty! Not sure why tickling a monsters booty works but it sure helped, he seemed in much better spirits. Finally, we realized he just needed some coffee and presto--ready to get into some trouble!
Thanks so much for sending him to live with us, we promise to take good care of him."
Lastly is from a great shop that made Juices paci-catcher ages ago. We had been using snack-traps or "food flingers" (what I think of them as). They don’t really do much. She would put her hand in there and pull it out and lots of stuff would fly out as well, causing a huge mess in the van. We decided that getting her snack bags would be far better and she loves them!. This one has garden gnomes on them, she points and roars at them.
I am not doing this to advertise, just sharing the funny photos. We are a thrifty family but also know there is value in purchasing well made items. I was surprised to find it was far cheaper to purchase these bags from Mada’s Place than to get them on Amazon, trust me, I did lots of research!
